HyperSync is a media syncing application which will ensure that you will always have the latest artwork files available delivered directly from HyperBase.
Here are the steps that HyperSync performs to ensure you have all the available media for your HyperSpin experience:
- Check to see if artwork file(s) exist on computer
- If a file does not exist it is retrieved from HyperBase to the local machine
- If a file does exist then it is compared to the imagery on HyperBase (if HyperBase file is different local machine is updated)
- Check to see whether ROM file exists for the selected media file
- If a ROM file does not exist then that artwork file will not be downloaded
- If a ROM file exist then that artwork file will be downloaded
